The Caelis pack has additional rules to those of the forums. Part of them are IC (in-character), the others are OOC (out of character). Read them and follow them.
IC Rules of the Caelis Pack:
~1~ Respect and obey your superiors. Pretty self explanatory.
~2~ Do not cheat on your mate. If for some reason you don’t want to be mates with them anymore, talk with them about it and receive council from the Alphas, Betas, or Elders.
~3~ Do not steal from the pack. Everything is to be shared.
~4~ Do not mate with a member of another pack unless given permission to do so by the Alphena. This can cause disunity and tension between both packs, not to mention confusion.
~5~ Do not comit treason. Treason is defined as the following: trea·son (tr z n) n. 1. The offense of acting to overthrow one’s government or to harm or kill its sovereign. 2. A violation of allegiance to one’s sovereign or state. 3. The betrayal of a trust or confidence; treachery.
~6~ Humans and shifters are not to be trusted or interacted with. Ignore them unless they cross the boundaries of our lands. If they do so, then you have the duty to remove them from the premises using any force necessary.
~7~ EVERYONE is expected to care for the whelps of the pack, no matter if they are related by blood to you or not.
~8~ If you see a wrongful act being committed by ANYONE, you have the duty to report this to either the betas or the alphas. If not alpha or beta is around, do something to try and right the situation, but still report it to the alphas later.
~9~ Respect all other wolves, whether they are our enemies or comrades. All wolves are our brothers and sisters regardless of our differences, positions, or attitudes for each other. The very least you can give them is your respect.
~10~ If you need help, don’t be afraid to ask for it. More than anything else, this pack is and always will be a FAMILY. You can count on your brothers and sisters to help you through your troubles.
~11~ All Initiates, pups, and Inferi must remain within the Heartland unless given specific permission by an Alphena to leave. If they receive permission, they must be escorted by someone the Alphena chooses.
~12~ The rules are not exhaustive. If you have to ask whether an act is wrong or not, then the best idea is not to do it.
Any caught disobeying these laws will be dealt with by the Alphas personally. The Alphas will confer with the Betas and Elders to reach a final decision and then the punishment for the crime will be given by the Alphas.
OOC Rules:
1. No SMS IC. Some SMS may be allowed in short OOC notes.
2. Please put OOC before anything that you want to say 'out of character'.
3. Please keep the swearing to a minimum.
4. Don't ask to be a certain rank IC/OOC. You probably won't get it.
5. Mates are ONLY allowed IC. Just because someone's character is your character's mate, it doesn't mean that you two are dating over the internet. You don't have to feel any affinity/affection for someone to roleplay with them.
6. No explicit/graphic mate roleplay. If it's not allowed on Balto Source, or you think it might be explicit, then don't post it. In short, NO SEX!
7. No graphic violence. Keep it rated at about PG-13.
8. No pointless roleplay topics.
9. These rules, like all others aren't exhaustive. More may come.
The punishments for the OOC rules will be the same as breaking a rule on the forums. The severity of the crime will determine the harshness of the punishment.
